摘    要:研究了用三氯化硼对聚硅氮烷纤维进行了不熔化处理的过程,讨论了处理条件对不熔化反应的影响,并对不溶化过程的反机理进行了分析探讨。

Abstract:The curing of process polyselazane (PSZ) fibers by using boron trichloride(BCl3 )was studied.The influence of the treating conditions on the reaction were dissussed and the mechanism was analysed. The results show that the reaction of BCl3 react with N-H and Si-H bends in the PSZ fibers, which leads to the crosslinking between the molecules in the fibers by the formation of N-BN bonds. The infusibilization was achieved under suitable conditions such as concentration of BCl3, treating temperature and time, while incorporating the desired beron.
