高稳定型稀土永磁起重吊的开发

摘    要:利用磁与机械力的转换特性,进行了稀土永磁起重吊的研究和设计。设计制作的永磁起重吊不仅克服了电磁铁起重吊存在的能耗大、安全系数小、体积大及拖缆作业等缺点,而且还具有性能稳定、安全可靠、结构简单、操作方便等特点,是一种实用且应用前景广阔的起吊工具。

Abstract:According to the charactefistic of transfer of magnetism and mechanical force, rareearth permanent magnetic lifter was studied and designed. The permanent magnetic lifter that was designed not only overcomes such faults as wastage of energy, small safety coefficient, heavy body and operation with dragging cable which exist on the electro- magnetic lifter, but also has such advantages as stable properties, simple structure, convenient operation, etc. It is a practical lifter that can be widely applied.
