摘    要:为评价人体暴露于感觉矛盾环境后中枢对感觉输入的调整功能,10名健康男性青年在间隔为5~7天的不同日期分别经受上下倒视、左右倒视刺激试验,并在两种倒视前、后分别进行动态姿态平衡测试。倒视刺激可引起明显的失定向(定向障碍)和运动病症状,并导致姿态平衡功能降低。失定向和不适症状程度不同者,平衡功能的降低程度和指标也有不同:无症状和症状轻者一般只可能有轻度平衡反应的延迟;症状严重者,除了有明显的反应延迟外,还有维持身体平衡能力的降低、平衡策略和感觉器作用的改变。在倒视前、后的动态姿态平衡功能测试,可能客观地反映人体对失匹配感觉信息的整合功能,从而暴露潜在性平衡功能不稳定性,有助于运动病易感性的评价。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the regulating function of the central nervous system after being exposed to an environment of sensory conflict, 10 healthy young men experienced the reversed vision tests during walk wearing vertically and horizontally reversed vision prisms, and dynamic equilibrium tests were conducted before and after the reversd vision tests separately on different days with intervals of 5~7d. The reversed vision could cause disorientation and motion sickness symptoms obviously, and lead to a decrease of equilibrium function. But the decrease and expression of equilibrium function are different in subjects with different serious symptoms. There is a slight delay for equilibrium reaction in the subjects who have slight symptoms. There are decrease for equilibrium ability, and change for equilibrium strategy and sensory organ effects besides delay for equilibrium reaction in the subjects who have serious symptoms. It is thought that the equilibrium tests before and after reversd vision tests could reflect the regulating function of human to dismatching sensory signals and exposelatent unstability on equilibrium function, and this method is useful for evaluating susceptibility of motion sickness.
