基于WEB的高温合金焊接工艺设计专家系统

文摘采用ASP技术开发了基于WEB的高温合金焊接工艺设计专家系统,该系统可实现高温合金利用TIG焊、M IG焊、等离子弧焊、电子束焊、电阻点焊、电阻缝焊等焊接方法的工艺自动设计,设计内容包括焊接接头设计、焊接材料选择、焊接工艺规范参数设计。同时具有可动态更新的知识库,用户可对现有的知识进行存储、检索、编辑、增删。系统具有浏览查询、在线咨询等功能,提供了友好的人机界面,良好的使用性能,并且可实现广域网内的知识共享和行业共享,在高温合金焊接领域具有一定的实用价值。

Welding Expert System of Procedure Generation for High-Temperature Alloys Based on WEB

A welding expert system of procedure generation for high-temperature alloys based on WEB was developed with ASP technique.This system is able to generate welding procedures for high temperature alloys,which contains the designs of welding joints,the selections of welding consumables,and the choices of welding parameters for different welding processes including TIG,MIG,PAW,EBW,resistance spot welding and seam welding.Meanwhile,it has huge welding knowledge base which can be updated dynamically.Users can store,browse,edit,add and delete the records all through internet.Besides,the system has some other functions,such as browsing and searching records,consulting on-line and so on.It also provides friendly interfaces,good operation properties,which can realize the knowledge-sharing and information-sharing in WAN.Ultimately,it has practical value in high-temperature alloys welding domain.
