航空发动机轴承腔热分析计算

摘    要:轴承腔热分析计算的目的是确定轴承腔的热负荷和温度分布。采用二维轴对称稳态导热的有限元程序,对某型发动机中轴承腔进行了热分析计算。程序功能比较齐全,使用方便。可从AUTOCAD直接输入图形数据,用ALGOR工程软件分网译码进行前处理,用ANSYS工程软件进行后处理。选用相关经验公式计算摩擦热及换热系数。实例计算结果表明程序计算结果合理,精度满足工程要求。

Abstract:Thermal analysis of aeroengine bearing compartment was conducted using the finite element analysis and calculation program based on 2D axisymmetrical steady-state heat transfer model.The program was developed using axisymmetrical triangle annular cell FORTRAN.The engineering software ALGOR and ANSYS were used for pre-processing and post-processing respectively,while AUTOCAD was used for the direct input of graphic data and semi-automatic grid-drawing and decoding.Empirical formulae were adopted to calculate friction heat and heat transfer coefficient.The application of this model to an engine shows satisfactory results.
