高校学生欠费原因分析及对策思考

随着高校招生规模的扩大，高校学生欠费问题日益严重。文章分析了高校学生欠费原因，如学生家庭经济困难、国家资助政策体系不完善、学校内部管理不善等。针对欠费的种种原因，提出完善资助政策体系，寻求家长和社会支持的对策，重点提出从学校内部管理出发解决高校学生拖欠学费的对策，以此降低欠费金额，保障高校教育教学顺利进行。

Analysis of the Reasons for Arrears of College Students and Countermeasures

With the expansion of college enrollment, college students being in debt has become a growing problem. This paper analyzes the reasons for arrears of some college students, such as students coming from economically disadvantaged families, imperfect state -funded policy system, school inter- nal mismanagement, etc. For these various reasons of the arrears, the author puts forward a reasonable funding policy system, and seeks the measure that parents and society support, and whats more, high- lights the countermeasures through improving the internal management to solve the arrears problems so that the amount of arrears can be reduced to make sure college education carry on smoothly.
