| 摘 要： | 明治时期,日本的法制改革在经历了法国化的失败之后转向学习德国法,并且一举成功,实现了法制的全盘西化与近代化.日本法制德国化的成功既以明治维新为前提,又是明治维新的结果.其中有很多问题值得人们深思.
