摘    要:基于MZ-4018滚动轴承滑轨摩擦磨损试验机设计了民机襟、缝翼运动机构试验件(钛板)的滚动摩擦磨损试验,利用XJP-300金相显微镜采集磨损表面图像;选用中值滤波法对磨损表面图像进行平滑增强处理,最大方差化法计算分割阈值,运用Laplacian-Gauss算子进行边缘检测,利用傅立叶谱分析法获得图像的频谱,图像对比探索随摩擦次数增加磨损的变化趋势。

Abstract:The rolling friction wear tests of the slats/flaps motion mechanism on civil aircraft test pieces were carried out based on the MZ–4018 rolling friction wear machine,use the XJP–300 metallographic microscope to get wear surface image,the medium value wave filtering method was chosen to remove noisy and strengthen images,the maximum variance method to do segmentation threshod,The Laplacian–Gauss factor model method to detect the edge of wear image,the Fourier spectral analysis method was used to obtain the image spectrum.Image contrast explore times increase along with the number of friction wear.
