摘    要:某大展弦比无人机的内外段机翼连接件结构承受幅值变化较大的交变载荷作用,是该无人机结构的关键件,也是疲劳危险部件。通过对机翼结构进行有限元建模分析和相关理论计算,筛选出疲劳危险部位,并针对其承载特点提出抗疲劳改进措施,探索出改善结构疲劳强度的措施和分析方法,有效地增加了该连接结构的疲劳寿命。

Abstract:The structure,which connects the inside and outward part of an UAV’s high-aspect-ration wing,exposed to variable loads with large range is one of the most dangerous parts under fatigue loads.Adopting the FEM and related theoretical calculate,we could screen out the dangerous region.According to the load bearing characteristic,effective design and analysis methods were developed for raising structure fatigue strength,effectively increased the fatigue life of this connect structure.
