空中交通流量统计和预测系统的设计与实现

采用面向对象的Client／Serve结构开发工具Delphi 6.0，设计和实现了流量统计与预测系统。该系统通过流量统计和预测模块，实现了对用户指定时间范围和空间范围的空中交通流量进行有效地统计，并结合历史数据对全国性或大区域范围内的长期流量进行预测。上述各类数据的综合分析将为中国民航，尤其是空管系统的建设发展提供科学的量化依据。

Design and Implementation of Air Traffic Flow Statistics and Prediction System

The air traffic flow statistics and prediction system is accomplished by using C/S configuration developing instrument Delphi 6.0. This system includes traffic flow statistics module and prediction module. On one hand the system can effectively statistics traffic flow of specified time range and space range. On the other hand it can predict the long-term flow of the whole country or the big regional range. The data analysed and synthetized above can be offered as the scientific quantization basis for our country civil aviation,especially for the construction and development of air traffic management system.
