| Abstract: | Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) has been suc-cessfuily used in the process of design and manufacture of our high maneuver target Plane. In this paper, how to use the essential principle of modern engineering management in practice has peen investigated. Some points of view and experience about the calculation of time parameter of net plan, the analysis of probability of finished job as well as the static/active program evaluation have been presented.They are referable for improving the scientific management of large-scale research items. |
