| 摘 要： | 介绍一种新型的直角尺检查仪。该仪器通过电感测头采集数据，配以高精度的直线导轨，实现了多点测量；采集的数据经过最小二乘拟合，直接得出被测角尺的直线度和垂直度；由计算机处理数据并给出相应的可视化测量报告；能够对仪器自身的系统误差实现自动修正。

| Abstract: | A new square tester is introduced. Through the inductance probe to collect the data and fitting a high precision lineary track, the muti-point measurement is realized. We can get linearity and verticality of the square tester through these data. The instrument can present reports with computer and correct systematic error. |
