| Abstract: | A method used to design an aircraft wing surface by means of program is introduced in this paper. The program is developed by VBA (Visual Basic for Application) on the base of CATIA software. For a baffle with complex profile, the control points of section are calculated by a mathematical function. The splines of former sections are created automatically in the generative shape design of CATIA using VBA program which read direct a series of coordinates of control points, finally, a aircraft wing shape is generated by "loft" command of CATIA. |
