含分层缺陷复合材料层合板压缩强度试验研究

摘    要:复合材料层合结构在生产和使用过程中经常会出现分层损伤,为研究分层损伤对复合材料层合结构压缩强度的影响,对含预制分层缺陷的复合材料层合板进行了静强度压缩试验研究,主要研究了沿层合板厚度方向2种不同位置的分层缺陷对复合材料层合板压缩强度的影响.试验结果表明:2类试验件断裂位置均主要集中在预制分层缺陷的边缘,断裂部位呈现不同程度的分层扩展;2类试验件的压缩强度较无初始缺陷的试验件分别降低9.04%和8.60%,说明分层缺陷的位置对复合材料层合板压缩强度的影响程度略有不同,分层缺陷位于层合板厚度方向中间位置时对压缩强度影响较大.

Abstract:In order to study the effect of delamination on composite in the process of production and application, the static compressive strength study of composite lamination layered defect was conducted. The compressive strength effect of two different positions delamination in the lamination direction on the composite laminates was mainly studied. The results show that two different fracture positions appear different layered extension on the edge of pre-delamination and reduce to 9.04% and 8.60% compared to no damage experiments. The delamination position has different influence on the compressive strength of composites. The bigger influence of delamination on compressive strength is in the middle position of lamination directio
