航空发动机需求管理方法研究

摘    要:为在全生命周期内保证"用户和其他利益攸关者"的需求被充分理解和执行,提出以产品分解结构PBS为基础,构建航空发动机需求管理的瀑布型模型。将复杂的航空发动机需求管理工作模块化,制定以产品符合性为目标的需求管理流程,并以该流程为依托提出航空发动机的需求管理方法。该方法提升了全生命周期内的需求管理能力,为航空发动机产品的成功研制提供了有力保障。

Abstract:In order to clearly make the requirements from users and other stakeholders be understood and implemented in the full life-cycle, based on product breakdown structure, it was proposed to set the waterfall model of aircraft requirements management, modularize the complicated aircraft requirements management work and formulate the requirements management process with aim of product conformity, rely on the process formed aircraft requirements management method. The method improves the ability of requirements management in the full life-cycle, which guarantees the success of the development of aeroengine.
