摘    要:研究了Kevlar 29纤维的表面化学接枝改性及其对Kevlar 29/双马来酰亚胺树脂界面粘结强度的影响。通过单丝拔出法、红外全反射衰减光谱技术、扫描电子显微镜对Kevlar 29表面化学接枝处理进行了表征。结果表明,在合适的化学处理条件下,纤维的拉伸性能下降很小,表面化学接枝处理能大大提高Kevlar 29纤维与双马来酰亚胺树脂的界面粘结强度。

Abstract:The effect of surface graft modification of Kevlar-29 on interfacial bonding strength of Kevlar-29/bismaleimide (BMI) resin was investigated. Single fiber pull-out method, infrared total reflection attenuation spectroscopic technique and scanning electron microscope were used to characterize the surface graft treatment properties. The results show that tensile property of the treated fiber decrease slightly under suitable treatment condition, while the interfacial bonding strength of Kevlar-29/BMI can be greatly improved via surface graft modification.
