| Abstract: | In this paper, a method that identifies the modal parameters by means of testing data is described, and then its application in the modal analysis of satellite instrument section is introduced. The method is so-called washing mode method, which separates other modes of vibration from response in equation when a certain natural frequency is identified. Because of the partation of the modes, the number of parameters to be identified in this methodis much less than that in other methods. |
