| 摘 要： | 提出了环境应力筛选技术中随机振动应用的几个技术问题,详细介绍了随机振动夹具的设计,振动台随机推力的估算、位移的核算、总有效值加速度的计算,以及试验设备和均衡方法的选择、验证等技术问题。文章最后指出:随机振动加温度循环是高效环境应力筛选的工艺手段,对消除电子及机电产品的早期故障有特殊功效。

| Abstract: | In this article, some technical problems in the application of random vibration to environmental stress screening technology are presented. The technical problems, such as design for random vibration fixture, estimation of random thrust in vibrational test table, verification of displacement, calculation of virtual value of acceleration, selection and examination of test equipment and balancing method, are mainly introduced. Finally the author points out: random vibration in connection with temperature circulation is a kind of technological measure to screen environmental stress with high efficiency and is specially effective to dliminate the carly failure of mechanical and electrical products. |
