| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济不断发展、完善以及我国加入世界贸易组织，高等学校的对外经济活动日益频繁和复杂，高校财会人员作为对外经济活动的主要参与者，应熟练掌握和运用各种经济法律知识。本文论述了高校财会人员熟练掌握和运用经济法的重要性、现状、造成现状的原因及改变现状的对策。

| Abstract: | With the continual development and perfection of social market economy and Chinese entering WTO, external economic affairs are managed freguently and becoming more complicated. As the main participants of economic affairs, accountants of colleges and universities should skilfully master and apply economic law knowledge. This essay illustrates the importance and the current situation of accountants skillfully grasping and applying economic law in colleges and universities, as well as its reasons and strategies to change the situation. |
