Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low versatility, low automation, low test accuracy of the equipment used in currentmissile initiating explosive devices, and the high risk of online measurement, a generalized automatic tester for missile ini?tiating explosive devices is developed, it can significantly improve the efficiency of missile technology support. In terms ofhardware design, the resistance measurement principle of precision constant current source power sampling is used, the au?tomatic control and precision measurement technology are applied, through the optimized design of electronic circuitscheme and product processing, the rapid, accurate and safe measurement has realized. In terms of software design, thesystem function expansion and the test generalization are considered, and modular design are adopted to realize the func?tions of data acquisition, measurement channel selection, liquid crystal display drive, fault detection and alarm, self-cali?bration and measurement result management. After a multi-user trial, the product has met the requirements of design taskand relevant standards, and achieved the expected effect.
