劫机犯罪预防中的民航内部危机防控

在国内外的劫机案件中,民航内部人员,尤其是空勤人员间接或直接参与的案件时有发生。本文分析了此类案件中民航内部劳资双方矛盾和空勤人员心理问题这两大诱导因素,从内部危机控制和心理干预两方面提出防控建议。

Internal Crisis Prevention and Control in Hijacking Prevention.

In the domestic and oversea hijacking cases, the internal staff of civil aviation, especially the flight crews, often participate in these crime cases directly or indirectly. This paper analyzes two inducing factors, the internal contradictions betWeen the labor and the capital of civil aviation and the flight crew＇s psychological problem, and proposes prevention and control suggestions from internal crisis control and psychological intervention.
