| 摘 要： | 2009年12月中国民用航空局(CAAC)下发了咨询通告《航空承运人湿跑道和污染跑道运行管理规定》(AC-121-FS-2009-33)。咨询通告给出了干、湿和污染跑道的定义并明确了相应的起飞着陆性能要求,强调了进行到达时着陆距离评估的重要性。本文结合法规对CJ1在湿和污染跑道的起飞性能和着陆性能进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The Civil Aviation Administration of China （CAAC） issued Advisory Circular （（air carrier wet runway and contaminated runways Operating Regulations）） （AC-121-FS-2009-33） in December 2009. The definition of dry, wet and contaminated runways and the takeoff and landing performance requirements are given, and the importance of landing distance assessment at arrival are stressed in the Advisory Circular. In actual operation, C J1 aircraft should also consider the safe opera- tion on the wet and contaminated runways. In this paper, CJ1 takeoff performance and landing per- formance are analyzed on the wet and contaminated runways. |
