故障模式影响分析专家系统

摘    要:介绍了应用人工智能和专家系统技术,建立一个依托专家知识,基于功能/硬件推理的,与故障仿真综合应用,并以故障诊断专家系统,专业CAD/可靠性CAD和可靠性信息系统为支持的故障模式影响分析专家系统FMEAES(Failure Model Effect Analysis Expert System)框架.详细论述了系统的功能、结构、其三大组成部分(预处理部分、FMEAES核心和后处理部分)的功能及其相互关系,故障模式选择、故障仿真和进行功能FMEA和硬件FMEA的处理流程,以及故障模式影响分析专家系统与其他系统的关系.

Abstract:The FMEAES(Failure Model Effect Analysis Expert System) that applies the artificial intelligent is introduced. It is established based on expert knowledge and function/hardware reasoning combined with fault simulation of the EDA(Electronic Design Automation) and supported by the reliability CAD and the reliability information system and the fault diagnosis expert system to extend the knowledge base and to enhance the FMEAES's capability. The expert system structure and function, the function of the elements including the pretreatment part, the core of the FMEAES and the posttreatment part and the relationship of the elements of FMEAES is described.Then the function of the failure model selection and the fault simulation using the EDA software and the reasoning and analysis flow to perform function FMEA and hardware FMEA of the FMEAES is discussed in detail.
