WJ6G2B发动机的全功能数字式电子控制器

摘    要:WJ6G2B发动机是航空发动机WJ6用作地面动力时的改型,发动机输出功率约3000~3600马力,双轴,以动力涡轮驱动负荷,带发动机或水泵。控制该发动机的全功能数字式电子控制器QSK-06完成了约2500小时的部件和系统试验,于1986年1月在发动机上完成了主要性能试验,证明QSK-06达到了予期的设计要求。

Abstract:A full-authority digital electronic control unit QSK-06 has bees designed for industrial application of turboshaft aeroengine WJ6G2B. By adopting the dual channelstructure and some effective measures in both hardware and software, high reliabilityis achieved, A gain-variable PI control is considered to offset the influence of system performance caused by engine conditions. The design ensures meeting the special requirements for long-time operation of industrial gas turbine. The QSK-QG has undergone a verification test on the WJ6G2B rig with a compressor as a load. This paper covers the design of QSK-06, the approaches to enhance the operating reliability and the engine test results.
