| 摘 要： | 介绍了所设计的FLASH固态存储器原理样机的存储模块、CPU模块、数据处理模块等主要组成部分，给出了与非型(NAND)FLASH存储器、数字信号处理器(DSP)等关键器件的工作模式和性能等，并说明了软件功能和无效块管理表数据结构，以及结构设计的特点。相关的系统测试结果表明，所设计的FLASH固态存储器的性能可满足型号的要求。

| Abstract: | The main modular for memory, CPU and data processing in the designed prototype of solid-state recorder using FLASH memory were introduced in this paper. The principle and function of the key components such as nor-and FLASH memory and digital signal processing were also presented. And the software function, data structure of FLASH invalid block management table and characteristic of structure design were given as well. The results of relative system test showed that the solid-state recorder designed could meet the demands for spaceflight application. |
