| 摘 要： | 如何满足大规模科学计算的要求,快速而有效地提高计算速度成为目前计算机科学迫切需要解决的问题之一。解决这一问题最为快速而且有效的方法是将多台计算机连接起来构成集群并行计算系统。为此重点研究了集群点对点通信原理,在已构建的Linux集群系统上成功实现了用C编写的MPI点对点通信并行程序,测试证明该方式可行有效。

| Abstract: | How to meet the need of mass scientific computing has become one of the urgent problems in computer science.The simplest and effective method is to link PCs together,and to construct a parallel cluster system. In this paper,we investigate the point to point Cluster communication,develop a MPI point to point communication parallel code based on C Language.The test results prove that the methods is feasible and effective. |
