| 摘 要： | 国有企业改革的关键是要构建现代企业制度,而激励机制的陈旧落后将严重制约现代企业活力的发挥。本文结合我国过去计划经济体制下国有企业存在的激励问题,探讨了新时期构建现代企业制度下的激励机制的思路。
