摘    要:本文概述了WK-PCL2025型微机控制双工位精密侧拉床的设计特点及技术性能,着重介绍了拉床所采用的新结构导轨系统。试验证明,该拉床液压系统低速性能较好,试拉的涡轮盘榫齿满足设计要求。

Abstract:In this paper we present the special concerns in design and the technical performances of Dual-station WK-PCL2025 type microprocessor controlled Side Broaching Machine with emphasis on its new structure of the guide way mechanism. It is proved by tests that the hydraulic system of the machine works well under low speeds. The tests on turbine disk root-teeth indicate that the results meet the design standards.
