卫星推进系统管路装配技术研究

摘    要:球头联接件作为卫星推进系统管路装配中的重要零件之一,关系到整个卫星在轨运行能否高可靠及长寿命。针对卫星推进系统管路球头结构联接形式的具体特点,文章通过球头螺纹力学分析,计算了球头结构的最大及最小拧紧力矩值。并采用接触非线性有限元方法对球头结构进行了建模分析,分别得出了在最大及最小载荷工况下球头螺栓的等效应力分布和接触应力的大小,得出了不同力矩和密封宽度、接触面积以及平均接触应力的对应关系,确定球头安装的理论合理力矩值范围。

Abstract:As one of the important parts in the pipe assembly of a satellite propulsion system, the orbicular seal joint is related with the reliability and service life of the satellite working in orbit. Considering the particular features of the orbicular seal joint, the maximal and minimal torques are calculated. Nonlinear finite element analysis is used to build the orbicular seal joint model, and the equivalent stress distribution and the contact stress are computed by ANSYS software in the maximal and minimal load conditions. The results show that the corresponding relations between torque, seal width, contact area and average contact stress, and the reasonable torque range is determined.
