1420 铝锂合金同种异种自冲铆单搭接头力学性能

摘    要:为探究1420铝锂合金自冲铆接头的力学性能,本文采用自冲铆连接设备对1420铝锂合金(AL1420)同种及其与铜合金(H62)异种板材组合进行铆接,并通过拉伸-剪切试验测试接头的力学性能,运用SPSS数据分析软件对接头的最大载荷和最大位移量进行分析。结果表明:AL1420-AL1420和AL1420-H62两种接头的失效形式皆为铆钉从下板拉脱,铆钉头与上板接触区域出现不同程度撕裂;H62-AL1420接头除铆钉从下板拉脱,铆钉头与下板接触区域仅出现凹陷。AL1420-AL1420接头最大载荷最高(6 026.8 N),能量吸收性能最好(16.84 J)。对于异种板材组合,H62-AL1420接头的最大载荷(5 304.0 N)大于AL1420-H62接头(5 229.3 N),AL1420-H62接头的能量吸收值(16.79 J)大于H62-AL1420接头(15.08 J),异种板材铆接时则优先采用能量吸收性能较好的AL1420-H62搭接形式。

Mechanical Properties of Single-Lap Self-Pierce Riveted Joints in Similar andDissimilar Sheets About 1420 Aluminum-Lithium Alloys

Abstract:To study the mechanical properties of the self-piercing riveted joints about 1420 aluminum-lithium al-loys, the equipment of self-piercing riveting was applied to join 1420 aluminum-lithium alloys (AL1420) with itselfand copper alloys (H62). Tensile-shear tests was used to test mechanical properties of self-pierce riveted joints andSPSS was utilized to analyze the maximum loads and maximum displacements of joints. The results show that the rivetsof AL1420-AL1420 joint and AL1420-H62 joint are pulled out from lower sheet, and the location in upper sheet con-tacted with the head of rivet has different tear. The rivet of H62-AL1420 joint is pulled out from lower sheet also, butthe upper sheet merely has some indentation. The mean value of maximum loads of AL1420-AL1420 joint(6 026. 8N) is supreme among these joints, and the energy absorption value of the AL1420-AL1420 joint(16. 84 J) is greatenthan the two other joints. For the dissimilar metal sheet combinations, the mean value of maximum loads of H62-AL1420 joint(5 304. 0 N) is superior to the AL1420-H62 joint(5 229. 3 N), and the energy absorption value of theAL1420-H62 joint(16. 79 J) is higher than the H62-AL1420 joint (15. 08 J). For the combinations of dissimilarsheets, the joints of AL1420-H62 is a better choice for its higher energy absorption value.
