| 摘 要： | 智力资本已成为高科技企业不断创新的基础和发展的关键性资源。正确认识智力资本的内涵及特征，挖掘智力资本的潜力，对培育高科技企业核心竞争力至关重要。通过对智力资本及其内容的分析，指出了高科技企业的智力资本应从保护、培育、运作上加强管理和积累。

| Abstract: | Intelligent capital turned out a paramount resource in the constantly innovating Hi - tech enterprises, which proved crucial to cultivate nucleus competition forces via accurate recognition and initial connotation of intelligent capital and seeking potential . The essay concluded that intelligent capital of hi - tech enterprises should enhance ntanagement and accumulation in conservation, cultivation and operation via analysis on the fund. |
