摘    要:用热分析-气相色谱联用技术(TA-GC)定量考察了端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)第一失重阶段热解的主要气体产物,比较了相同色谱条件下,不同热解温度与不同升温速率对产物含量的变化.结果证实了HTPB中端羟基对其热解无明显影响,表明聚丁二烯的热解模型可用于HTPB.

Abstract:The major thermal decomposition products obtained during the first weightless stage from the solid propellant binder, hydroxy-termina-ted polybutadiene (HTPB),were quantitatively investigated by thermal analysis/gas chromatography simultaneous techniques (TA-GC). The effects of thermal decomposition temperature and heating rate under a constant GC condition on the amount of these products were compared. The results show that the hydroxyl groups terminated in HTPB have no evident effect on its thermal decomposition.Therefore the thermal decomposition model of polybutadiene can be applied to HTPB.
