摘    要:根据新一代运载火箭纵缝焊接系统的技术要求,研制了一套专用定位压紧机构。针对其定位精度和加工要求,采用工件在定位模胎上固定,由琴键压紧机构压紧的方案,并应用ANSYS对其关键零部件进行了有限元分析,从而为运载火箭纵缝焊接系统的研制成功奠定了基础。

Abstract:A set of special positioning and impacting mechanism is developed according to the technical requirements of longitudinal seam welding system for new generation launch vehicle.Considering its positioning accuracy and machining requirements,the scheme of fixing the components in positioning mold and impacting by keyboard impacting mechanism is adopted,combined with finite element analysis of key parts using ANSYS,which finally lays the foundation for longitudinal seam welding system in launch vehicle.
