激光烧结快速成形试样强度的研究

摘    要:研究了激光烧结快速成形试样密度与其静态强度的关系,烧结粉末中粘结剂含量、激光功率、激光束的扫描速度、扫描间隔以及扫描路径对试样弯曲强度的影响,分析了烧结过程中产生翘曲变形的原因,并通过三点弯曲实验测试了烧结试样的抗弯强度。

Abstract:The relationship between the density and the static strength of SLS specimen, and the effect of adhensive content of sinterde powder, laser power, beam speed, scan space and scanning path on the specimen bending strength have been studied in this paper. Also, the cause of bending deformation in sintering has beenanalyzed. The bending strength of sintering specimen has been tested by three-point bending experiment.
