强连接解锁器的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF STRONGLY CONNECTING RELEASE UNIT

The strongly connecting release unit is a new kind of aerospace pyrotechnics , which use wedge to bear and deliver connecting force. It has more advantages in large connecting force and a little separating force when deblocking. This paper introduces three kinds of release units, including their development survey, structure characteristics and operational case in these thirty years. It points out the demand for developing a release unit with large connecting force and a little separating one. This paper also describes main performance, structure characteristics and test results of the strongly connecting release unit.
