摘 要: | 对航空发动机涡轮导向叶片的强度设计方法进行了研究。针对以往的分析模型多采用单个叶片,提出了对整联叶片进行分析的方法,解决了单片分析时边界条件不合理和刚度模拟不准确的问题,同时还能考虑1组联装叶片内不同叶片之间的差异。研究结果表明,整联叶片强度的分析方法更符合工程实际。

Abstract: | The strength design method for an aeroengine turbine guide vane was investigated. The method of cluster blades analysis was presented to solve the problems of unreasonable boundary condition and inaccurate stifJhess simulation with the single blade analysis. The difference between varioas blades of one cluster blades was also considered. The results show that the analysis method of cluster blades strength can meet the practical engineering better. |
