非晶态NiB合金催化剂的改性研究

摘    要:本文采用自制连续微反装置,以气相乙炔加氢为探针反应,考察了以化学还原法制备的非晶态NiB、NiBSm合金催化剂和以化学还原与浸渍法相结合制备的负载型催化剂NiB/Al2O3的加氢活性及稳定性。用XRD和ICP鉴定结构与分析组成,用DSC和TC测定催化剂的热稳定性和抗积炭能力,用TPR、TPD表征催化剂的表面性质。结果表明,经改性后的非晶态NiB合金催化剂的活性和热稳定性增强。

Abstract:Amorphous NiB and NiBSm alloys were prepared by chemical reduction method, NiB/Al 2O 3 prepared by chemical reduction method combined with impregnation. Gas-phase hydrogenation of ethine was selected as probe reaction to study its hydrogenation activity and stability. The structure and composition of the catalysts were identified by XRD and ICP, stability and the resistance to deposition of carbon were analyzed by DSC and TG, TPR and TPD were used to characterize the surface properties. The results indicated that the activity and stability of the modified catalysts were enhanced because the electron-denoting effect of Sm or the interaction between the support and alloy results in the increasing of the numbers of absorbing sites.
