| 摘 要： | 本文用Micowind与HSpice结合设计并分析了一个或非门D触发器。Micowind设计版图并提取Spice参数供HSpice使用，HSpice可以精确的仿真出D触发器的输出特性，并可以通过改变MOS管参数看到不同的MOS管对D触发器性能的影响。

| Abstract: | In this paper,Micowind and HSpice are used to design and analyze an or-nor gate D-Trigger.Micowind designs layout and gets Spice parameters for the use of HSpice.Hspice can accurately simulate output characteristics of D-Trigger,and can see that a different MOSFET affect the performance of D-Trigger by changing parameters of MOSFET. |
