| 摘 要： | 农民工已经成为我国产业工人的重要组成部分，其心理问题已引起社会的高度关注。文章分析了农民工常见的心理问题，提出了改善农民工不良心理状态可以采取的措施。社会、政府、专业机构等对农民工的心理问题应给予高度重视和进行必要的人文关怀，这将更有利于社会的繁荣与稳定，有利于和谐社会的建立。

| Abstract: | As a major part of productive worker in the current society, farmers living standard has affected the social steady, attention on their psychological welfare circumstance should be paid . The essay analyzed psychological issues of the farmers and proposed to offer sufficient concerning on the vulnerable groups , which proved benign and profitable for prosperity and stability to construct a balanced and harmonious society. |
