风力发电机组中的功率电子调节器

摘    要:介绍一种在风力发电机并联向蓄电池供电系统中,用于平衡各发电机输出功率的电子调节装置,它能对蓄电池充电电压和电流进行快速控制,并具有输入过压,欠压,输出过压、过流等保护功能,有效地解决了发电机并联工作时瞬间或长期过载,各发电机间输出功率不平衡及蓄电池过充电等问题,对解决我国风力发电中的技术问题有积极指导作用。

Abstract:A kind of power balance electric regulator which is used to balance output power between generators when several wind driven generators are shuntly fed to a battery set is introduced. In the regulator a buck DC/DC converter is included. The output voltage and current double close loop feedback control stratagy is adopted. The main power MOSFET is operated at zero voltage off condition. A 3 kW and a 5 kW regulator devices with high efficiency, simple construction, lower cost and high rellabillty are successfully developed. The experimental result shows that this kind of power regulator can control the charge voltage and current of battery quickly with the protective function of input overvoltage, output overvoltage and overcurrent. It effectively solves the problems, such as instantaneous or long term overload of parrallel generators, the unbalanced output power between generators, and the overcharge of battery set. It would have active effect on developing the wind driven cause in China.
