| 摘 要： | 结合伴随化学反应的质量传递理论,研究了C/C-SiC复合材料的氧化机理,获得其氧化动力学模型。通过建立各材料组元(碳、碳化硅或其他材料)合理的氧化动力学方程,结合已有的C/C-SiC微结构参数化建模及性能预测技术,将氧化机理与微结构表征建模相结合,建立C/C-SiC复合材料在高温氧化环境下的弹性性能随温度、时间等参数变化动态预测模型,实现对高温环境下各种复杂构型C/C-SiC复合材料的性能预测研究。数值计算结果和实验数据吻合较好,表明该文建立的数值模型,可有效预测高温氧化环境下C/C-SiC的质量变化和等效弹性性能。
