Abstract: | With the speediness evolution of a generation spacecraft, the trend of multi-functional, highly integrated, incorporated, micro-miniaturized and lightweight spacecraft equipment is irreversible, and electrical interconnection technology will become one of the key factors affecting and restricting the new spacecraft. Based on the current situation of traditional cable network interconnection, leads to the demand for uncabled interconnection system of spacecrafts, summarizes the effective ways and measures of interconnection technology at home and abroad to achieve uncabled interconnection, and analyzes the inherent defects of existing uncabled interconnection technology. Therefore, it is concluded that the future evolution trend of cable-free interconnection technology will be in the orientation of three-dimensional flexible fiber transmission interconnection, non-contact efficient transmission interconnection, MEMS incorporated integration interconnection, and multi-dimensional networking interconnection, which provides certain guiding significance for the development direction of advanced interconnection technology. |
