| 摘 要： | 根据航路规划和一般决策支持系统的要求,确定了航路规划决策支持系统的功能,由确定的功能导出了分系统的组成、要求和一些实现方法以及系统开发的软硬件要求,并简要介绍了地理信息系统及其开发方法。
