社群化工厂的内涵、体系架构与运行逻辑探讨

在当前社群化制造背景下,结合信息物理系统CPS与社交网络技术,提出一种信息-物理-社交互联的、面向个性化产品生产的社群化工厂概念。给出了社群化工厂的相关定义,研究了社群化工厂的体系架构与运行逻辑,进而讨论了社群化工厂的关键使能技术。通过一个案例验证了社群化工厂实施的可行性。社群化工厂对揭示社群化制造在制造节点层面的组织形态、配置机理、运行逻辑等方面具有指导意义,并为未来工厂的构建提供了一种思路。

Discussion on the Implication,Architecture and Operation Logic of Social Factory

Under the emerging social manufacturing context,a personalized product production-oriented cyber-physical-social interconnected social factory combined with cyber-physical systems and social networks is proposed.The definition of relevant terms is clarified,the architecture and operation logic of social factory are presented,based on which the key enabling technologies are discussed.Feasibility and efficiency of the proposed social factory is verified through a case study.The social factory theory makes a further step to reveal the organization form,configuration mechanism,and operation logic of social manufacturing from network nodes perspective,and provides a novel insight for the building of future factory.
