摘    要:对TC4-DT材料高压电子束框工艺进行了研究。采用高压电子束焊接技术来实现复杂结构、大厚度难熔金属的热工艺成形,并对工艺、微观形貌、力学性能及微观组织进行系统性的分析。试验结果表明:电子束所形成的焊缝较为平整,成形较窄,拉伸、冲击强度较高,抗拉性能强于母材,但冲击韧性有所下降;焊缝接头网篮组织结构中,焊缝组织不见明显晶界,保证了焊缝组织的连续,且晶粒交错细化。

Abstract:High voltage electron beam frame process of TC4-DT material is studied.High voltage electron beam welding technology is used to realize the hot forming process of refractory metal with complex structure and large thickness,and the process,microstructure,mechanical properties and microstructure are analyzed systematically.The experimental results show that the formation of the electron beam is relatively flat,the shape is narrow,the tensile and impact strength are higher,and the tensile strength is stronger than that of the base metal,but the impact toughness is decreased.Meanwhile,the weld joint microstructure of lamellar structure has no obvious boundaries,which ensure the continuity of weld microstructure,and grain refinement,staggered.
