| 摘 要： | 加速度计在高频振动校准中会出现中低频校准中不存在的问题,本文对这些问题：加速度计的连接、台面弯曲的影响、加速度计的相对运动等做了分析,并通过实验给出了台面均匀性修正参数。

| Abstract: | In the calibration of high frequency vibration,accelerators may have problems that do not exist in medium and low frequency cal-ibrations.The connection of accelerator,the influence of table surface bend and the relative motion of accelerator are analyzed.The correction co-efficient for table surface uniformity is given by experiments. |
