摘    要:应用芬兰ARC-MET930金属分析仪,制作万能校准曲线,测定铝合金中的金属元素含量,优化了分析条件,讨论了分析结果的精密度和准确度。本方法具有准确度较高,成本低,分析快,操作简便,激发试样次数少等优点,用于快速定量分析,现场分析牌号,取得了满意的效果。

Abstract:The analysis conditions are optimized by measuring the contents of metallic element in aluminum alloy by applying Finland ARC-MET 930 metal analyzer and making universal calibration curve and the precision and accuracy of analysis result are also discussed. With the advantages of high accuracy, low cost, quick analysis, easy operation and less times for agitation of test sample, this method has been applied to quick quantitative analysis and brand analysis in site and achieved satisfactory effect.
