摘    要:研究了基于数字信号处理器的正弦波逆变器的电压调节器的实现方法。在深入分析基本PI算法所引起的输出变压器动态偏磁问题的基础上,提出了一种改进算法,即首先采样变压器原边瞬时电流,并据此动态计算偏磁电流,然后将其作为新的输入量引入PI调节器,从而实时消除变压器偏磁。文中给出了新算法的设计方法并进行了实验验证。结果表明,该方法很好地解决了逆变器的偏磁问题。

Abstract:A novel digital voltage regulation for sinusoidal wave inverter is proposed based on a digital signal processor. Firstly the dynamic flux imbalance of the output transformer caused by the truncation error in ordinary PI arithmetic is analyzed based on fixed-point DSP. And then a new solution of sampling the instantaneous primary current and introducing the on-line calculated dynamic bias current component into the voltage regulation arithmetic is presented. The configuration of the improved digital voltage regulation consists of two parts: an ordinary PI regulation and an additional zero-voltage regulation. Output of the zero-voltage regulation, which is the calculated bias current component, is introduced into the ordinary PI regulation to amend the voltage reference and compensate the DC component in output voltage. Design guidelines and experimental results verify the excellent performance of the method.
