批产卫星验证技术分析

摘    要:为解决批产卫星验证方法和流程的优化问题,首先通过对国外批产星座验证技术的调研分析,梳理出批产卫星验证策略的特点。其次,从验证基线、验证方法、验证装配级、验证理念等方面开展研究,总结批产卫星验证设计的技术要点。最后,从完善批产验证标准体系、制定并实践合理高效的批产验证策略、加强商用现货(COTS)技术应用可靠性保证、强化研制试验及在轨飞行验证、持续开展试验有效性评估研究5个方面提出对批产卫星验证技术的思考和发展建议。

Abstract:In order to optimize the verification method and process of the batch production of satellites, this paper analyzes the technologies of the foreign batch production constellation for the validation, as well as the characteristics of the verification strategy for the batch production of satellites. Secondly, the key technological points for the verification design of the batch production of satellite are reviewed from the aspects of the verification baseline, the verification method, the verification assembly level, and the verification concept as well. Finally, some suggestions for the development of the verification for the batch production of satellites are put forward from five aspects, namely, to improve the batch production verification standard system, to formulate a reasonable and efficient batch production verification strategy, to strengthen the reliability assurance of the COTS technology application, to strengthen the development tests and the in-flight verification, and to continuously study the test effectiveness evaluation.
