涡轴发动机技术参数与发展趋势评估

摘    要:为了给先进涡轴发动机总体性能设计和尺寸与重量计算提供技术参数选择依据,本文收集10台一至四代国外典型的涡轴发动机技术参数,建立总体性能计算和尺寸与重量联合计算的涡轴发动机技术参数评估模型并开发计算程序,利用计算程序对收集的技术参数进行评估,获得涡轴发动机技术参数的水平和发展趋势,并预测下一代先进涡轴发动机的技术参数;以技术参数发展趋势为基础,研究各部件主要的气动、结构、强度、材料参数变化对涡轴发动机性能的影响。获得的涡轴发动机技术参数发展规律及其对发动机性能参数的影响,为先进涡轴发动机总体设计提供了依据。

Abstract:In order to provide technical parameters choosing refference to performance as well as size amd weight computations of turboshaft engines, the technical parameters of ten typical types of foreign turboshaft engines were collected. Then, the models and corresponding programs for performance calculations and evaluations of size and weight of turboshaft engines were set up. The technical parameters were collected of ten foreign typical turboshaft engines from 1 to 4 generations, which were evaluated with the programs metioned above so that the level and developing trends of these parameters were obtained. Then, the technical parameters were evaluated of the advanced turboshaft engine of next generation. Based on the developing trends of the technical parameters, it was studied what the main dynamic, structural and strength parameters would affect the turboshaft engine performances, which helped to provide evidences of turboshaft engine integration design.
